2.Sellers list properties for sale with key details (rent, fees, compliance) but without revealing identifying information.
3.Offers are marketed on confidential basis with properties identified by postcode location.
4.Buyers nominate which managements they want and make offers based on a multiplier of listing fee income.
5.We compile and present offers to sellers for review.
6.Buyer and seller complete the transaction using a pre-agreed assignment document (with both parties represented by their own legal advisors).
